Kahlua cake is a sophisticated pairing of coffee, chocolate,  and a hint of rum. Three layers of chocolate cake soaked with a rum based coffee liqueur., alternating layers of silky mocha frosting and dark chocolate ganache. The cake is finished with Mocha frosting, enrobed in dark chocolate ganache, and garnished with coffee beans.
