Our Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cloud cake is the perfect harmony of dark chocolate, raspberries, and crème—rich but light. Three layers of chocolate cake with vanilla bean crème and fresh whole raspberries between each cake layer. The  cake is finished with vanilla bean crème frosting, enrobed with a dark chocolate ganache drip and garnished with freeze dried raspberries.
